Easy as 1, 2, 3! Meatless, warm and cozy comfort food, great for a quick meal anytime of year. In my house, this is a go-to dish at least twice a month. I love pasta fazool and I love it the way my father made it, with homemade sauce and ditalini pasta. However, my lifestyle doesn’t allow me to spend a day cooking sauce very often.
